In-House Sharpening

Basic sharpening for all blades 4" or less.  Does not include any major blade repairs, such as broken tips or very large blade chips.  Generally performed on a Ken Onion Worksharp w/Blade Grinding Attachment Upgrades.  

Premium sharpening for all blades 4" or less.  Does not include any major blade repairs, such as broken tips or very large blade chips.  All sharpening preformed on a "TSPROF KADET" Professional Sharpening System.

Give your premium blades the treatment they deserve.  Spa-Days include the complete disassembly & proper cleaning of all parts and pieces, from bearings to blade.   No service is complete without a fresh lube job and a proper new edge using the "TSPROF KADET" and our 6 Step Sharpening Service.  All blades will be meticulously looked after and handled with care while in my possession.  (Client's will be responsible for shipping charges if needed)

Blade Restoration & Repair - Pricing based on individual services needed or work required.

Most Kitchen Knives are sharpened at angles between 15 -20 Degrees.  The smaller the angle, the thinner the blade edge.
